Kansas Bill

Hello children. Today, I, Fatty Feefs, will be discussing a business bill currently being voted on by KS legislation. The bill would, if receiving a unanimous vote, bring a new catfood factory to Topeka. As you know, I am a large cat, and a new catfood factory would be just the thing for me. It would bring almost 4 new jobs to Topeka (generally at under minimum wage,) and raise catfood producing by up to .00001%. That .00001% would make all the difference. I would no longer go hungry waiting for master to bring home more catfood, because we would always be in supply. Wait, it just occurred to me, that he would still have to go pick it up, so this would help me none whatsoever.
