Chocolate Chip Cookie Muffins

It was just a normal Tuesday morning. I got up and went to eat breakfast. You may have heard my chocolate muffin story. If not, read it. Now! Anyway, I saw three muffins in my snack cupboard, and I was happy! Another rare occasion of the chocolate muffin! I took one of them and set it on the counter, like I usually do, without looking at it and got myself a plate to put it on. When I went to unwrap it, I screamed! (Okay, maybe I didn't scream, but I dropped the muffin and was shocked!) This was no chocolate muffin! This was a... a... chocolate chip cookie muffin! Ever heard of it? Me neither. Well, until now that is. I don't get it. Why do you need a chocolate chip cookie muffin?! We already have chocolate chip cookies, you don't need to make a muffin out of it! I think it's just a way to eat chocolate chip cookies for breakfast. How fat is America getting that we need to eat chocolate chip cookies for breakfast?! I tell you, it's so sad. Although, I guess a chocolate muffin isn't much better... at all. So anyway, back to the story. So I see this muffin and I go back to the snack cupboard to see if they are all weird chocolate chip cookie muffins. I sighed with relief when I saw that there was one chocolate muffin left. So, I put the muffin back and took the chocolate muffin. But then, the next day, there was just one muffin left. The dreaded chocolate chip cookie muffin. I slowly unwrapped it and examined this weird phenomenon. It looked like a muffin, but smelled like a chocolate chip cookie. I slowly went to take a bite... slowly sunk my teeth into the muffin. And guess what? It tasted exactly like a chocolate chip cookie! It was the weirdest thing I have ever experienced! It actually wasn't that bad. The moral of the story is, chocolate muffins are better than any kind of muffin you can find, even better than chocolate chip cookie muffins.
