Vitamins rock! Although they're supposed to help your health, I eat them because they taste good. The non-gummy ones are great! They're like chewable and all that goodness. I love them! I sometimes eat several a day (and by several I mean several handfuls). My mom says that might be why I've been sick a lot, but I say no!
